About Us

Introducing FusionSkills India LLP, an organization that partners with institutions to bridge the Industry-Academia Gap through Skill Development initiatives. FusionSkills focuses on “transformative and transferable workplace skills” to empower graduates enhance their employability. Since individuals have unique needs and profile, we take a “person-centric approach” towards skill development. Our programs are customized to address the specific needs of graduates based on their academic background and professional goals, with a set of job-role based training to prepare for real-life industry scenarios. All our programs are delivered face to face on campus to ensure a holistic active learning experience, interwoven with semesters that leads to sustainable learning.

As Skill Development needs a long-term sustainable approach, we start working with institutions when the students are in the pre-final year. Our unique approach starts with an Evaluation Workshop- an active learning based participatory session where students get to work on real life scenarios and get evaluated on skills like Communication, Collaboration, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Organizing, Adaptability, Resilience and a few more 21st century workplace skills. Post the evaluation workshop, the institution receives a report about the current level of participants. As the next step, we suggest the Workplace Skill Development Modules to the institution. These modules are aligned to the requirement of Skill Enhancement Programs under NEP 2020 and can be introduced as credit courses or as value added courses with joint certification between the institution and FusionSkills. We deliver all the modules through experienced industry professionals, in consultation with the institutions.
