• Classify: Classification of students based on areas of development, career goals and academic background.

• Create: We create a customized roadmap of skill development for each groups, based on our evaluation and classification.

• Deliver: We conduct multiple active learning based sessions spread across semesters to help them build the required skills.

• Validate: We validate their learning through the skill development journey to ensure they stay on course.
