Classify: Based on the current level and need of improvement, we classify the students into different groups.

Create: We create a customized roadmap of skill development for each groups, based on our evaluation and classification.

Deliver: We conduct multiple active learning sessions spread across semesters to help them build the required skills.

Validate: We validate their learning through the skill development journey to ensure they stay on course.
