What we do

• Workshop for Institutions : 

Our workshops cover a range of topics on career development, focusing on Empowering Students with 21st Century Employability. These workshops help students identify their strengths and opportunities while providing them feedback on their areas of improvement. Delivered on campus face to face, these short duration (2-3 hours) workshops are ideal for institutions offering professional programs.

• Employability Enhancement Programs:

We work with institutions to enhance the employability of their pre-final and final year students through a structured program spread over a semester or two, conducted by season industry professionals, simulating real life workplace scenarios and empowering them with essential skills for 21st Century Workplace. These could be aligned to Skill Development Courses under NEP 2020 giving students an opportunity to earn credits.

• Career Development for Students:

We offer complete career guidance to students of Undergraduate and Post Graduate programs, right from industry selection to profile building to interview skills and many more. We also help students with options for further studies or pursing professional programs. These programs are offered through various modes on campus- seminars, group interactions and individual counseling sessions.
